On the 11th of April, Theatre Caupolicán will host Dutch band The Gathering together with the Chilean bands Crisalida and Barouh. This will be a benefit concert for the earthquake/tsunami victims coordinated through the Chilean Red Cross.
Online community Gathering.cl is organizing a lottery activity on the day of the concert. This is set up in co-operation with The Gathering and the Conapach (National Corporation of Fishermen of Chile). The lottery will directly benefit the artisanal fishermen’s cove in Pichilemu (sixth region, 259 kms south of Santiago).
A variety of Gathering goodies can be won and also, René Rutten (guitar player of The Gathering) sponsored by Eastwood, will be donating one of his guitars for this great cause! Lottery tickets in value of $1,000, and over will be in the running for this exclusive item.
The boxes to collect the money will be at the entrance of the venue.

The ticket value is $ 7,000, and all non-perishable items are welcome as well!

Eastwood, The Gathering y su Comunidad Chilena en ayuda de los pescadores de Pichilemu-Chile.
El día 11 de Abril a las 19:00 hrs. en el Teatro Caupolicán se presentará la banda Holandesa The Gathering junto a las bandas chilenas Crisalida y Barouh . Las ganancias de este concierto organizado en tiempo record irán en directo beneficio de las víctimas del terremoto/maremoto que afectó a Chile. Esta ayuda será canalizada a través de la cruz Roja Chilena.
Por otra parte y como una manera de participar activamente, la comunidad chilena de The Gathering (gathering.cl) ha organizado en conjunto con la banda y la CONAPACH (Confederación Nacional de Pescadores Artesanales de Chile) una actividad el mismo día del concierto y que irá en directo beneficio de los pescadores artesanales de la caleta de Pichilemu ( Sexta región , 259 km al sur de Santiago).
Gracias al auspicio de Eastwood , René Rutten, guitarrista de The Gathering , donará una de las guitarras con las cuales se presentará esa noche! Esta Guitarra junto a una variedad de artículos exclusivos de la banda serán rifados durante el concierto entre todos los que compren su número con un valor mínimo de $ 1.000.-
Las cajas para este fin estarán habilitadas en los accesos del recinto.

Muchas gracias por darnos una gran alegría con su musica despues de todo lo mal que lo hemos Pasado. Yo perdi a seis de mis amigos en esta tragedia… Tengo mucha pena. Con ellos fui a todos sus anteriores conciertos que realizaron en Chile y el domingo en la tarde antes del recital vi con mucha emocion y Pena el DVD Que ustedes grabaron en Chile ya que en ese momento nos encontrabamos los siete cantando, saltando gritando VIVA CHILE!!! El que un ustedes tanto los emociono… Ayer en el concierto de los siete estaba solo yo, pero a la vez la sentia que mis amigos estaban a mi lado nuevamente cantando con todo el corazon sus canciones.
